1 Open Presenter View
Launch Presenter View in Gamma: left screen shows the slide, right pane shows your speaker notes and an elapsed-time clock—no external timer needed.
2 Run the 15-minute countdown drill
• Start a 15-minute countdown on your phone.
• Aim for ~90 seconds per slide.
• End ≥ 2 minutes early? add a brief recap. Over time? trim one bullet or image.
3 Master navigation shortcuts

4 Record a webcam run-through
Do one full rehearsal on camera and watch it once. Check for:
